Founded by Mark Joyce and Jason Travers, MCG pairs over four decades of hands-on construction management experience with the extended capacity of our sister company, Liquid Structures, Inc., to take on projects of any scale. Mint Continental Group provides commercial construction services for ground-up developments, renovations, expansions, tenant improvements, and complete interior build-outs. Our experience includes office, retail, mixed-use, light industrial, and specialty commercial facilities, with an emphasis on efficient project delivery, quality workmanship, schedule management, and cost control from preconstruction through final completion for businesses and private owners.
HOSPITALITY
Mint Continental Group provides hospitality construction services for ground-up developments, renovations, property improvement plans, conversions, and complete interior and exterior upgrades. Our experience includes hotels, dual-brands, and extended-stay properties, with a focus on efficient phasing, schedule control, quality workmanship, and minimizing disruption to ongoing hotel operations from preconstruction through final completion.
MULTIFAMILY
Mint Continental Group provides multifamily construction services for new developments, renovations, expansions, and complete property improvements. Our experience is rooted in off-campus student housing, ranging from garden-style apartment communities to mid-rise developments and buildings up to nine stories, including the residential units, common areas, amenities, site improvements, and supporting infrastructure. That experience translates directly to conventional apartments, condominiums, and other multifamily developments, with an emphasis on efficient project delivery, quality workmanship, schedule management, and cost control from preconstruction through final completion.
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
Mint Continental Group provides light industrial construction services for ground-up developments, expansions, renovations, and facility improvements. Our capabilities include warehouses, distribution and logistics facilities, flex industrial buildings, light manufacturing spaces, service facilities, and supporting office and operational areas. We focus on practical construction solutions, efficient project delivery, schedule management, cost control, and coordination of building systems and site infrastructure from preconstruction through final completion.
HEAVY CIVIL & INFRASTRUCTURE
Mint Continental Group provides heavy civil and infrastructure construction services supporting commercial, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, and development projects. Through our relationship with sister company Liquid Structures, an experienced contractor in the energy sector, we are able to significantly expand our civil and infrastructure capabilities to include site development, underground utilities, water and sewer systems, storm drainage, roadway construction, paving, traffic signals and lighting, and related public and private infrastructure. Together, we can coordinate complex site and utility scopes as part of a comprehensive construction program, with an emphasis on safety, constructability, schedule management, cost control, and efficient project delivery from initial site development through final completion.

CHATEAU DE LA MER is a design/build boutique hotel currently in design and going through City approvals. It will feature a rooftop terrace with food and beverage service for extraordinary guest amenity.
